Sports Trading Diary Entry 4 160312

Daily update of my sports trading progress.

I started sports trading (mainly football matches) on Bet Fair at the beginning of February 2012. Follow my progress in my daily (almost!) updated sports trading diary entries.

Firstly though, I missed out on a fabulous offer for new sports traders to get a free £25 bet – the first time they start sports trading on Bet Fair. So to make sure you don’t miss out on this wonderful offer;

Claim a risk free £25 free bet at Bet Fair, click Bet Fair £25 bet. Make sure when you join the site, that you use or see the code HU4XE6MTR in the relevant voucher area to get your risk free £25 bet.

If HU4XE6MTR doesn’t show in the relevant box when you are filling in the joining page, you might not get your £25 free bet and that would be a shame to miss eh?

Not that I suppose there’s anyone but me reading my daily football trading diary – I should say sports trading diary after what happened yesterday, but I’ll come on to that in a moment! But today feels a little flat after the events of yesterday.

I posted two entries yesterday in the trading journal section of the site, but if you want to go directly to the second entry for yesterday to find out what happened then click Sports Diary Entry For Thursday 15th March 2012.

Anyway, as mentioned yesterday I agreed with the wife that I’d transfer half of my Bet Fair trading bank after my stroke of luck at Cheltenham on a one pound each way fourfold accumulator. This basically left me with £300 and odd pounds in my Bet Fair sports trading bank.

I used some of my new (but lower than it could have been if the wife hadn’t got her hands on half of it!) Bet Fair trading bank total to put a few more each way accumulators on at Cheltenham today.

So in effect I started the day’s football trading with £297.38! Of course the mosterous increase on my daily Bet Fair trading bank running total will have to mention the fact, that from today I am playing at soccer trading with a bank three times as large as I started with, due to luck on the horses!

Anyway, not that it really matters but:

I started Thursday 15 March 2012 with £122.49 and ended the day with £297.38 – a profit of £174.89! This doesn’t include the £300.00 I transferred out of Bet Fair back to my bank account after my wife heard about my ‘good fortune’… Of course she’s right, £300.00 back to the family pot still leaves me with a Bet Fair trading bank nearly three times what I was playing with.

As you can see from the image to the left, I have been playing with this new pot already today on a few football trading opportunities that have arisen in today’s in-play football coupon.

I don’t know whether it was just the fact that I was nervous playing with this new pot, but I seem today to be stagnating on my football trades and I think it may be due to nervousness!

Not to worry though, I have now dropped my stakes back down a little to around £15.00, which is closer to what I was using on my old Bet Fair trading bank balance prior to my unexpected accumulator win yesterday.

I’m still aiming to trade out when I hit 5% of stake or within 5 minutes – unless a particular strategy or fortunate circumstance in-play dictate I stay in for longer.

Hopefully with this new higher Bet Fair trading bank, I will be able to rack up the daily increases of my daily Bet Fair trading bank updates at a higher percentage rate in line with my new highler level trading stakes.

Anyway, I’m setting myself a goal of reaching a Bet Fair trading bank. I don’t know how long it will take me, but I commit to aiming for it and not supplimenting my Bet Fair trading bank with anymore of my hard earned money from my bank account…
